Their Live Chat feature averages a response time of under two minutes and it’s available 24 hours a day. If your request isn’t of an urgent nature, client care is available through email at [email protected] and the average response time clocks in at two hours. We were rather surprised to learn that YouWin does not offer toll free phone support.

Handicappers can count on YouWin to be one of the first online sportsbooks to post their daily offers. They are also very quick out of the gate with their weekly NFL odds. While the lines offered are fairly sharp, we have found their prices to be rather steep on some of their point spread juice. Overall though, the betting odds get a passing grade.
