There are always great UFC fights for everyone. With a roster of over 500 fighters from 12 divisions from 60 countries, there is plenty of diversity. MMA keeps growing as a sport and despite the vast amount of fights, the UFC still manages to put on significant events. There is always a hot new UFC contender waiting to shine.

Here is a brief rundown of some exciting 2020 UFC fights so far:

UFC 247: Jon Jones vs Dominick Reyes – Feb 9, 2020

Look no further than the UFC fights this weekend as a light heavyweight banger between former title challenger Dominick Reyes as he takes on pound-for-pound champ Jon Jones. Both fighters are heavy hitters and prefer to fight standing up. Reyes thought he had done enough to win it, but Jones took the fight via decision.

UFC 254: Tony Ferguson vs Justin Gaethje – May 10, 2020

At the height of the coronavirus, this fight was slated to be Ferguson against the undefeated Khabib. But, Gaethje stepped in last minute to take the bout. Gaethje shocked the world as he picked the number one Lightweight contender Tony Ferguson to pieces before the ref stepped in to put a stop to it.

UFC 248: Weili Zhang vs Joanna Jędrzejczyk – March 8, 2020

The most spectacular fight of the year by far. Weili Zhang is undefeated and has a tough challenger in former champ Joanna Jędrzejczyk. Both fighters give 100% for the duration of the fight, but Weili striking is out of this world and leaves the Polish contender with a deformed head. What a fight.

UFC 246: Andre Fili vs Sodiq Yusuff – January 19, 2020

While the fight ended slowly, the first two rounds were some of the most explosive we’ve ever seen in the UFC. Both fighters were swinging for the fences, with Andre Fili losing out to the Nigerian Yusuff via decision. This is well worth watching back.
